Elevated vineyards, cooling Atlantic winds and long ripening conditions help preserve freshness while allowing flavour concentration. Nitida is known for wines that combine polish with personality, and the Wild Child range reflects a more adventurous side of the cellar. This Sauvignon Blanc is crafted with wild yeast fermentation and partial barrel ageing, adding texture and depth while retaining the bright regional character Durbanville is known for.

Nose:
Aromas of guava, granadilla and grapefruit rise first, followed by notes of green pepper, lime zest and a gentle creamy undertone from barrel fermentation.

Fuller in style than a classic crisp Sauvignon Blanc, with layered tropical fruit, citrus drive and a rounded texture. Fresh acidity keeps the wine lively, while subtle oak influence adds breadth without dominating the fruit.
