Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy
At Wine-of-the-Month Club, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with a purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Our Money-Back Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our products and service. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or membership, we will refund you in full – no questions asked.
If you are dissatisfied with a wine or product in your pack, we’ll collect the remainder and refund you for the full value of the product.
Refunds apply whether you are unhappy with the product quality, service, or any part of your Wine-of-the-Month Club experience.
2. Replacements for Damaged Items
In the rare event that your delivery includes a broken bottle or damaged product:
Please notify us immediately by calling 021 492 4092 or emailing wineclub@wineofthemonth.co.za.
We will credit your account or arrange a replacement as appropriate.
Your order is insured against breakage and theft, with insurance added at 1.8% of the order value.
3. Exchanges & Stock Substitutions
If a particular product is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
Introductory free gifts may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
4. Refunds on Reward or Voucher Purchases
If you make a purchase using a coupon, voucher, or loyalty reward, any applicable refunds will be credited back to your Wine-of-the-Month Club account in accordance with our voucher policy.
Gift Vouchers and Coupons are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
6. Membership Cancellations
You may cancel your club membership at any time.
If a pack has already been dispatched at the time of cancellation, that pack will be considered your final delivery. No further charges will apply thereafter.
