Wine: Villiera Down to Earth White 2015 [Sauvignon Blanc 73% and Semillon 23%]

Why Christine liked it: A classic food wine, lovely balance of the two varieties. They complemented each other

Most interesting comment made: A combination of ripeness,  and the capsicum, a green element made it interesting.

Christine says: They got it right, without either flavour style/element dominating. It has lovely acidity which will help the wine age a few years.
