Nestled at the foot of the Saronsberg Mountain in the Upper Breede River Valley, Saronsberg Cellar is surrounded by the mountains that give the estate its name. Tulbagh's distinctive topography, Mediterranean climate and varied soils create favourable conditions for producing wines with expressive fruit and freshness. Saronsberg Lady at the Water Rosé 2025 is made from Shiraz grown in Koffieklip, Tukulu and Glencoe soils. The grapes were hand-harvested in the early morning, chilled before processing and given a short period of skin contact to achieve the wine's delicate colour. Only free-run juice was used, followed by cool fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. This gentle approach preserves the wine's fresh fruit, floral character and refreshing finish.

Nose: Expressive aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries and litchi, with subtle floral notes.
Palate: Dry and refreshing, with red berry and cherry flavours supported by bright acidity. The palate has a creamy, rounded texture and soft, full mouthfeel, while maintaining a lively, clean character.
Finish: Fresh and lingering, with red fruit and a delicate floral impression.
