“A day without sparkling wine is like a day without sunshine”

The panel recently completed a sparkling wine tasting. The results will be released shortly. Once again, the quality of these wines being produced in South Africa are outstanding and something to be very proud of.

It made me think we should all be drinking more sparkling wine. So, with that in mind, and with Heritage “Braai” Day coming up I put a case together that has some of the best panel-selected wines from the last couple months, as well a free bottle of bubbly … on me. Enjoy!
