The Zevenwacht Wine Estate is situated on the Stellenbosch Wine Route, where cooling sea breezes from False Bay play a significant role in shaping the character of the wines. With a history spanning more than 300 years, the estate combines Cape winemaking heritage with a modern approach focused on vineyard expression and environmental stewardship. The grapes for the Zevenwacht 7even Sauvignon Blanc 2026 are sourced primarily from south-westerly facing vineyards on the Polkadraai Hills. These decomposed granite soils, together with excellent sunlight exposure and maritime influences, allow the grapes to develop intense aromatics while retaining natural freshness. In the cellar, the juice is handled reductively and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant fruit character that defines this Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc.

Nose: Aromatic and vibrant, showing grapefruit, gooseberry and passion fruit, supported by notes of elderflower, fig and subtle tropical fruit nuances.
