Colour:
Deep ruby with youthful violet edges and a glossy sheen.
Nose:
Open and inviting with intense aromatics of dark cherry, ripe plum, cracked black pepper and a hint of liquorice, leading into subtle tobacco leaf and earthy spice.
Palate:
Medium-full with juicy dark fruit at its core - blueberry and bramble - supported by supple, velvety tannins and layers of savoury spice and oak-influenced warmth. There’s a gentle lift from peppery notes that adds interest without overpowering the fruit.
Finish:
The finish is lingering and savoury, with well-integrated spice, dark fruit persistence and a touch of dried herb that keeps the palate fresh to the last sip.
