No Lights London Dry Gin is produced in Cape Town, where a new wave of craft distilling draws on both global tradition and local identity. While the “London Dry” designation refers to a precise distillation method rather than geography, the gin reflects a distinctly South African sensibility - clean, expressive, and botanically driven.
Distilled using a neutral grain spirit and a carefully curated selection of botanicals, including juniper at its core, No Lights follows a classic approach: all flavours are extracted during distillation, with no post-distillation sweetening or flavouring. The result is a precise, focused spirit that balances tradition with a contemporary Cape palate - bright, structured, and versatile for mixing.
