No Lights London Dry Gin is produced in Cape Town, where a new wave of craft distilling draws on both global tradition and local identity. While the “London Dry” designation refers to a precise distillation method rather than geography, the gin reflects a distinctly South African sensibility - clean, expressive, and botanically driven.
Distilled using a neutral grain spirit and a carefully curated selection of botanicals, including juniper at its core, No Lights follows a classic approach: all flavours are extracted during distillation, with no post-distillation sweetening or flavouring. The result is a precise, focused spirit that balances tradition with a contemporary Cape palate - bright, structured, and versatile for mixing.

Nose:
Classic juniper leads, followed by fresh citrus peel - lemon and a hint of orange zest. Subtle herbal notes and a light peppery lift add complexity without overwhelming the aromatics.
Palate:
Clean and structured, with juniper firmly at the centre. Citrus notes carry through, supported by soft spice and a gentle herbal edge. The texture is smooth but not heavy, giving it clarity and definition on the palate.
