Neil Ellis Wild Flower Rose 2024
Neil Ellis wines have been made from grapes sourced from the Stellenbosch district since 1984. The vision being to make distinctive refined wines that are expressive of their terrain and rank amongst South Africa’s finest. The Neil Ellis Wild Flower Rose 2024 is a dry Provence-style Rosé made from Cinsault. Bright, with a salmon-hue colour and low in alcohol, but substantial in taste and texture. The mesmerising soft peachy-pink tint grabs the interest upon first glance, and then a bright brush of juicy cherry fruit fills out the palate. Floral and spicy notes linger the background along with the slightest tang of sea salt.
