Lucky Finds Sense of Soil Chenin Blanc 2022 celebrates South Africa’s signature white grape and the influence of site on flavour. Sourced from vineyards in the Western Cape, where sunshine, coastal breezes and diverse soils allow Chenin Blanc to ripen fully while retaining freshness, the wine is made in a clean, fruit-forward style. The “Sense of Soil” name reflects the importance of terroir - showing how vineyard location and soil composition shape texture, aromatics and balance.

Bright straw yellow with youthful clarity and a pale green edge.
Nose:
Fresh aromas of ripe pear, yellow apple and white peach lead the nose, followed by hints of pineapple, citrus blossom and light honey.
Palate:
Medium-bodied and smooth, with flavours of orchard fruit, melon and citrus layered over lively acidity. The texture is rounded yet fresh, giving generosity without heaviness.
Finish:
Clean and persistent, finishing with gentle stone fruit, citrus peel and a subtle mineral note.
