Situated partly in the cool Bottelary Hills with influences of maritime breezes, the vineyards provide ripe, tropical fruit and crisp acidity that give this white blend its lively personality. Stellenrust combines careful vineyard sourcing with straightforward, stainless-steel fermentation to preserve freshness and varietal character - a hallmark of its approachable, everyday wines.
