Nose:
Blackcurrant, cassis and ripe black plum lead the aromatics, followed by cedar, mixed spice, dried herbs and a subtle savoury edge.
Palate:
Structured yet smooth, with layers of dark berry fruit, plum and cassis supported by finely textured tannins. Oak maturation adds polish and gentle spice, while fresh acidity keeps the wine focused and balanced.
Finish:
Long and composed, finishing with black fruit, cedar spice and lingering savoury notes.
