The Buitenverwachting 7-Year-Old Single Malt White Wine Finish reflects an innovative meeting of whisky and wine traditions. After initial maturation in oak, the whisky is finished in barrels that previously held Buitenverwachting white wine. This finishing period adds subtle layers of fruit, freshness and complexity, creating a whisky that balances malt richness with the delicate influence of wine casks from the estate.

Nose:
Aromatic notes of honey, green apple and citrus peel rise from the glass, followed by hints of vanilla, toasted oak and gentle floral notes.
Palate:
Medium-bodied and smooth with flavours of malt sweetness, pear and soft vanilla. The white wine cask finish adds a subtle brightness, bringing notes of orchard fruit and light citrus alongside delicate oak spice.
