This wine honours Zeta and many others in the Bishops family who quietly hold together the fabric of society. A cool climate, high altitude Syrah, showing crunchy red fruit and white pepper.

An elegant and expressive Syrah with captivating aromatics of wild raspberry, red cherry and violets, underpinned by subtle earthy nuances. The palate is vibrant and layered, revealing juicy red berries, tart cranberry and delicate notes of white and black pepper. Fine, silky tannins provide structure and refinement, while bright natural acidity brings freshness and precision to a long, balanced finish.
- Food Pairing : A natural partner to herb-crusted lamb chops, roasted duck with cranberry glaze or grilled pork tenderloin.
