Rather than relying solely on traditional European botanicals, this gin incorporates a blend of Cape fynbos ingredients - including honeybush, imphepho, confetti bush and an ultra-subtle hint of rooibos - that gives it a distinctively South African botanical profile. The result is a spirit that feels at home in a classic G&T but also rewards creative serves.
