The grapes for the Zevenwacht 7even Sauvignon Blanc 2026 are sourced primarily from south-westerly facing vineyards on the Polkadraai Hills. These decomposed granite soils, together with excellent sunlight exposure and maritime influences, allow the grapes to develop intense aromatics while retaining natural freshness. In the cellar, the juice is handled reductively and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the vibrant fruit character that defines this Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc.
