Located just a few kilometres from the Atlantic Ocean at moderate elevation, this cool-climate site offers slower ripening and crisp natural acidity - ideal conditions for elegant Chardonnay. With thoughtful vineyard practices and gentle oak integration in the cellar, Thelemaâs Sutherland Chardonnay delivers clarity of fruit and refined texture that reflect this breezy terroir.
