Marianne Wine Estate is nestled at the foothills of the Simonsberg mountain, in the heart of the Stellenbosch winelands. This boutique winery of 26ha of vines produces a wide range of premium wines, namely, rosé, white and red with beautiful aging potential. The property was purchased in 2004 by French businessman Christian Dauriac. The wines are the perfect reflection of what the farm represents: a blend of French Savoir-faire and South African terroir. The Floreal is Marianne’s flagship wine. A blend of the finest Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. This red wine features a complex nose with aromas of dried black fruits, hints of black pepper corns and floral after tones. The pallet is soft and well-structured with roundness on the mid-pallet. The finish is long, with lasting tasty tannins. A crowd-pleaser, the one you take out to impress your guests at a dinner party.
