Dear Reader

I love this quote because so often we let things we don’t have much influence over affect our mood. But, if things like weather do bother you, then counter it with things you love. Like drinking your favourite wine.
Winter wines are not an exact science, a chilled Sauvignon Blanc on a freezing night is not prohibited … it’s merely a question of preference. Not my preference though.
With that in mind I have put a selection of panel selected Winter Drinks together for you to enjoy. Some of my favourites are below:
