Over the years the house has built a reputation for producing elegant Cognacs that balance tradition with a refined, modern style. Today the brand continues to focus on careful selection and long maturation of eaux-de-vie to create layered, expressive blends.
The Monnet XXO Cognac represents one of the house’s most mature expressions. XXO (Extra Extra Old) indicates that the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend has been aged for a significant period in French oak barrels, allowing the spirit to develop depth, complexity and smoothness. Long ageing in oak contributes notes of dried fruit, spice and toasted wood while preserving the elegance that defines Cognac.

Nose:
Complex aromas of dried apricot, candied orange peel and fig rise from the glass. Notes of vanilla, toasted oak and gentle baking spice add further depth.
Palate:
Full-bodied and silky, with flavours of dried fruit, honey and caramel layered with subtle spice and oak. The texture is smooth and rounded, reflecting the extended ageing of the eaux-de-vie.
Finish:
