Hinch Distillery is located just outside the village of Ballynahinch in County Down, Northern Ireland. Established in 2016, the distillery represents a modern chapter in Ireland’s rapidly growing whiskey revival. While its own spirit continues to mature in the warehouse, Hinch has built a reputation through carefully sourced and expertly blended Irish whiskeys.

The Hinch Peated Blend Irish Whiskey offers a distinctive twist on classic Irish style. By incorporating peated malt into the blend, Hinch introduces a subtle smokiness that complements the smooth, triple-distilled character typically associated with Irish whiskey.
Colour:
Warm golden amber.
Nose:
Soft smoke and gentle peat rise first, followed by notes of honey, toasted grain and light vanilla sweetness.
Palate:
Smooth and rounded with flavours of malted barley, caramel and baked apple. A delicate thread of peat smoke weaves through the palate, adding depth without overpowering the whisky’s natural sweetness.
Finish:
Medium length with lingering honey, soft smoke and a touch of oak spice.
