Appearance:
Rich mahogany hue - a visual testament to long Sherry cask influence.
Nose:
Generous aromas of dark cherries, golden syrup and sweet spices rise first, followed by crème brulée, glazed figs, hazelnut and toffee notes from extended sherry maturation. Floral hints and gentle citrus zest add lift.
Palate:
The palate delivers heather honey and malt sweetness, with touches of orange peel, cocoa and ginger. Layers of caramelised brown sugar and dried fruit - fig syrup and raisin - add depth while remaining balanced by natural oak spice.
Finish:
