De Wet Cellar, founded in 1946, is the oldest cellar in the Worcester region and has grown into one of the Breede River Valley’s most established producers. The area’s warm climate and varied terroirs allow for consistent ripening, particularly well-suited to aromatic varieties like Muscat.
The Pettilant Fronte Perle NV reflects a more contemporary, lifestyle-driven approach to winemaking. Produced in a lightly sparkling, low-alcohol style, it prioritises accessibility and freshness over structure or ageing potential. Using Muscat de Frontignan, the wine leans into natural aromatics and gentle sweetness, with a soft pétillant (lightly fizzy) texture that makes it suited to casual, everyday enjoyment.
