Cape Town Pink Lady Gin forms part of the distillery’s flavoured gin range and is built around the fresh, crisp flavour of Pink Lady apples. The fruit is layered with classic gin botanicals such as juniper and citrus, creating a spirit that balances the structure of a traditional dry gin with a softer fruit profile.
