It begins with hand-picked Chenin Blanc and Colombard base wines from the Cape Winelands, twice distilled in traditional copper pot stills, and gently matured in French oak to develop a smooth, amber-rich spirit with integrated oak influence. What sets Brandefyn apart is its intention to deliver a refined, flavourful brandy that feels as at home neat as it does in smart mixed serves - celebrating both heritage and inclusivity in the South African brandy category.
