Baglietti Prosecco No. 7
Cap Classique
Description
Baglietti is a modern Italian wine brand based in the Veneto region of north-east Italy, the heartland of Prosecco production. The area’s gentle hills, limestone-rich soils and temperate Adriatic climate provide ideal conditions for the Glera grape, which thrives in cool conditions that preserve aromatic freshness and natural acidity.
Baglietti focuses on producing approachable sparkling wines that combine classic Italian Prosecco tradition with contemporary presentation. Baglietti Prosecco No. 7 forms part of the brand’s prestige range and is produced from organically grown grapes, reflecting a growing focus on sustainability in Veneto’s vineyards.
Made using the Charmat method - where the second fermentation occurs in pressurised stainless-steel tanks - the wine retains the lively fruit character and fine mousse that define modern Prosecco styles.

- Food Pairing : The lively acidity and delicate fruit of Baglietti Prosecco No. 7 make it a natural aperitif but also a versatile partner for light dishes. It pairs well with sushi, prawn cocktails or fresh oysters, where the bubbles lift the natural sweetness of seafood. The gentle fruitiness also works nicely with antipasti, Parma ham or a simple caprese salad. For casual occasions, it’s a great match with smoked salmon canapés or lightly fried appetisers, as the freshness of the wine helps cut through richness while keeping the palate refreshed.
