Villiera Pearls of Nectar Demi Sec NV offers a slightly sweeter interpretation of Cap Classique, crafted using the traditional method with secondary fermentation in bottle. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir brings freshness and elegance, while the demi-sec dosage adds softness and fruit generosity without overwhelming the wine’s natural balance. Extended lees contact contributes texture and subtle brioche complexity beneath the vibrant fruit profile.

Pale gold with a lively stream of fine bubbles and bright clarity.

Nose:
Fresh aromas of ripe peach, golden apple and citrus blossom lead the nose, followed by hints of honey, brioche and soft almond.

Palate:
The palate is smooth and fruit-forward, offering flavours of pear, peach and sweet lemon balanced by crisp acidity and a creamy mousse. The touch of sweetness adds roundness and accessibility while still allowing freshness and structure to carry the wine comfortably.

Finish:
Soft, refreshing and gently lingering, with notes of stone fruit, citrus peel and delicate biscuit character on the finish.
