While the estate is based in Stellenbosch, the Outlier range explores vineyards beyond the estate’s traditional boundaries, focusing on regions where climate and soil offer distinctive varietal expression.
The Jordan Outlier Sauvignon Blanc 2024 is sourced from cool-climate vineyards in the Cape South Coast, where ocean influence and slower ripening conditions help preserve aromatic intensity and natural acidity. Winemaking is deliberately restrained, with stainless steel fermentation used to highlight freshness, clarity and the naturally vibrant fruit profile associated with coastal Sauvignon Blanc.

Pale straw with bright green reflections and a crisp, youthful appearance.
Nose:
Lifted aromas of lime, grapefruit and gooseberry lead the nose, followed by notes of passion fruit, green fig and freshly cut herbs.
Palate:
Light- to medium-bodied with energetic acidity and a clean, focused structure. Flavours of citrus, tropical fruit and green apple carry through the palate, balanced by a subtle saline minerality that adds freshness and length. The wine remains vibrant and precise without becoming overly sharp or aggressively herbaceous.
Finish:
Fresh and lingering with notes of grapefruit peel, passion fruit and a clean mineral edge.
