Guardian Peak is named after the dramatic mountain peak overlooking Stellenbosch and was founded in 1998 by Jean Engelbrecht. The brand was created to produce approachable, consistent wines that capture the character of the Cape while remaining accessible for everyday enjoyment. Today, Guardian Peak forms part of The Stellenbosch Collection and continues to focus on reliable quality and modern drinkability.
Guardian Peak Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is sourced from selected vineyards in Breedekloof, Darling and Stellenbosch, combining inland fruit intensity with coastal freshness. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the vibrant aromatics and crisp natural fruit profile that Sauvignon Blanc lovers look for.

Pale straw with a bright green edge and youthful clarity.
Nose:
Lifted aromas of passion fruit, lime zest and winter melon, followed by hints of grapefruit and fresh herbs.
Palate:
Fresh and juicy with flavours of grapefruit, pineapple and citrus layered over lively acidity. The texture is clean and energetic, with plenty of fruit without becoming heavy.
Finish:
Crisp and refreshing, finishing with subtle salty oyster shell notes and lingering citrus brightness.
