They have exclusively created The Conservation Collection in partnership with Mark Boucher and The Boucher Legacy. An exceptional range of wines that not only honour the endangered mammals under the foundations protection but also contributes R10 from each sale to their conservation efforts. The Conservation Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2023 has a pale straw colour with a slight green edge. It shows hints of lime, white pear and gooseberry with underlying tones of passion fruit and lemon thyme. The palate adds to these aromas, with flavours of Granny Smith apples, lemongrass and nettle. The wine has a good weight and balance on the palate, layered with minerality.
