Survivor Reserve Chenin Blanc 2022
The Survivor Range, crafted by acclaimed winemaker Ben Snyman at Overhex Winery just outside Worcester, celebrates wines that are truly terroir driven and rooted in a strong sense of place. Inspired by the noble Nguni cow - their iconic Survivor - the range pays tribute to resilience, heritage and the character of the land from which these wines originate. The brand was acquired by South African winery Van Loveren in 2024. The Survivor Reserve Chenin Blanc 2022 is a beautifully crafted expression of South African Chenin Blanc, showcasing the harmonious balance between vibrant fruit purity and subtle, well-integrated oak. Delicate yet richly layered, this white wine opens with enticing tropical fruit aromas, supported by notes of stone fruit and melon. On the palate, these flavours follow through onto a creamy, mouth-watering texture, offering depth, finesse and exceptional balance.Â
