The philosophy centres on sourcing distinctive vineyard parcels across the Western Cape and allowing each site to express itself with minimal interference.
The Paradigm Chenin Blanc 2023 is a clear reflection of this approach. Sourced from old bush vines planted in 1979, the wine draws depth and concentration from mature vineyards while retaining natural balance. Gentle handling in the cellar and a vegan-friendly approach (avoiding animal-derived fining agents) ensure clarity and purity without masking the vineyard character.

Ripe peach and dried apricot lead, followed by a lift of lime zest. There’s a secondary layer of wet stone and faint spice that adds depth.
