It’s distilled with a base of quality neutral spirit and a carefully balanced botanical mix that blends classic juniper and citrus with distinctive Cape Fynbos ingredients for a flavourful and expressive profile.
Nose: Defined juniper and pine aromas lead, brightened with citrus zest and subtle herbaceous fynbos notes, giving an inviting aromatic profile.
Palate: Silky and composed with pine-forward juniper, complemented by warming spice from Grains of Paradise, hints of cardamom, coriander and gentle citrus - all carried with a floral undertone from local botanicals.
Finish: Clean and spicy with lingering citrus and earthy fynbos elements that give depth and identity.
