Distilled in the heart of Cape Town with traditional base botanicals and an abundance of pink peppercorn and cardamom, this gin stands apart from floral pink variants by leaning into aromatic spice and vibrant character. It’s a spirit for those who enjoy contemporary twists on classic gin styles without losing juniper backbone or balance.
Nose: Spicy pink peppercorn aromatics take centre stage, with undertones of cardamom and lively citrus hint at grapefruit peel before the first sip.
Palate: Warm, peppery spice unfolds with juniper and coriander, while pink peppercorn and cardamom deliver fragrant depth and complexity.
