Glenfarclas distillery is a Speyside whisky distillery in Ballindalloch, Scotland. The distillery is owned and run by the Grant family. Glenfarclas 12-Year-Old is an excellent introduction to the distillery style for those who enjoy a sherried whisky. On the nose, there is fresh and beautifully light sherried fruit combined with a tempting spicy sweetness and a hint of sappy oak. The palate is full-bodied with a delightful sherried fruit, oak and delicious, sweet sensations. The finish is long and flavoursome with a lingering spiceness. Consume neat or with a drop of water.
