This Sugarbird XO Brandy is a distinctive South African potstill brandy aged for about 14 years in old French oak barrels - a maturity that aligns with traditional XO expectations in the global brandy world. After long maturation, the spirit is gently filtered through honeybush and other indigenous fynbos botanicals, and finished with a touch of local honey, which adds a smooth, nuanced layer of flavour and reinforces its Cape floral identity.
