Mimosa Brandy is produced in the Western Cape, a region with a long-standing reputation for quality potstill brandy rooted in French Cognac-style methods. South Africa’s warm climate allows for excellent grape ripening, while controlled distillation and extended maturation in oak casks help develop depth and smoothness.
The Mimosa 10-Year-Old Brandy reflects this heritage, with spirit aged for a full decade in oak barrels. This extended maturation softens the alcohol and builds layers of flavour, from fruit to spice, resulting in a style that is approachable yet mature. The focus remains on balance - allowing oak influence to support, rather than dominate, the underlying fruit character.
