Clemengold Gin celebrates the sweet, sun-ripened essence of the ClemenGold® mandarin, a South African favourite citrus variety, distilled into a classic Cape Dry gin. This craft spirit emphasises bold citrus layers by fermenting and distilling sundried ClemenGold peels alongside a core suite of botanicals - including juniper, cinnamon, orange peel, honey, almond, angelica root, violet root and coriander - in the heart of Cape Town. The result is a gin that bridges traditional dry style and South African zest.
Nose: Fresh citrus zest - especially mandarin and orange - rises with juniper and gentle spice.
Palate: Smooth and rounded, the palate showcases bold citrus flavours balanced with classic juniper backbone and subtle spice warmth (honey and cinnamon) that add depth without overwhelming.
Finish: Clean and elegant with lingering sweet citrus and light botanical spice that invites both sipping and mixing.
