Blaauwklippen is one of South Africa’s oldest wine estates in Stellenbosch, with a winemaking legacy dating back to 1682. Extending that tradition into spirits, the estate produces the Garden Gin using a vapour infusion distillation method that gently extracts delicate botanical flavours. Garden Gin showcases juniper alongside a thoughtfully curated mix of herbs, citrus and local fynbos-inspired botanicals, resulting in a gin that feels layered and refreshing rather than simply juniper-forward.
