At the heart of this expression is honeybush - a plant native to South Africa and closely related to rooibos - known for its naturally sweet aroma and gentle, earthy character.
Rather than overpowering the base spirit, the honeybush is integrated into a classic gin framework, allowing juniper to provide structure while the indigenous botanical adds warmth and depth. The result is a distinctly South African interpretation of flavoured gin: rooted in place, expressive without excess, and designed for easy, everyday enjoyment.
