Aardvark London Dry Gin is produced by Still-Oaky Distillery, a boutique craft distillery based in Strand in the Western Cape. The distillery focuses on small-batch spirits and is among a relatively small number of producers that ferment and distil their own base spirit before adding botanicals, allowing full control over flavour development.
Aardvark Gin follows the structure of a classic London Dry style but incorporates a blend of globally sourced botanicals with African influences, creating a gin that balances traditional juniper character with regional personality.
Distilled in small batches, the gin emphasises clarity and botanical expression. The 50ml bottle is simply a miniature version of the standard release, making it ideal for tastings, gift packs or sampling.
