This sparkling wine bears a name steeped in the estate’s history: Christiena van Loveren, an early settler whose legacy is reflected in the farm’s long winemaking tradition. The Brut NV is typically made in the Methode Cap Classique style - although specific production details aren’t widely published, this involves secondary fermentation in bottle to build fine, persistent bubbles.
