Founded in 1818 by husband and wife Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the Billecart-Salmon House is rich with history. For nearly two hundred years, the Billecart family has been handing down the secrets to making exceptional Champagne from generation to generation. The Billecart-Salmon Brut Sous Bois is characterized by a radiant yellow crystalline colour with golden glints and persistent fine bubbles. The bouquet is rich and harmonious, with aromas of dried fruits, fresh citrus, white fruits, and finely buttered notes. On the palate, it offers a creamy, caressing texture with flavours of grilled brioche, toffee, and citrus zest. The finish is long and complex, marked by a refreshing acidity and notes of brioche and chalk.
