Waverley Hills is best known for producing organic wines with a unique style; extremely smooth with soft ripe tannins and robust fynbos (garrigue) characteristics. The estate is situated between Tulbagh and Ceres at the foothills of the breath-taking Witzenberg Mountain Range. The Waverley Hills Organic CW Reserve Shiraz / Syrah 2018 offers concentrated white spices, fresh plum and fynbos (garrique) aromas that are rounded off by floral and violet notes and the smoky flavours of French oak. On the palate the wine has a soft and smooth entry and a long, fresh finish with integrated oak flavours.
