Darling Cellars is situated on the west coast of South Africa between Malmesbury and Darling. The cool and temperate west coast climate lends itself to a different micro and mesoclimate which, along with the different types of soil, lead to unique grapes, which are then guided into unique wines. The Darling Cellars Lime Kilns White Blend 2020 is a white wine blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay. This wine shows a lot of tropical notes like peaches, apricot, honeycomb and orange peel. This is a seriously complex wine that has a great mid palate with good length and ageing potential. A definite food wine.
