Though bottled under the Lismore label - a historic Speyside whisky brand created in the 1970s by William Lundie & Co. and now owned by J & G Grant - this 18-year-old is independently bottled from carefully selected casks of Speyside single malt. Its long maturation in oak delivers a balanced profile where matured fruit, gentle oak influence and sherry-kissed nuances sit comfortably together, reflecting the understated elegance typical of aged Speyside Scotch.
Appearance:
Warm amber with soft oak tones - inviting and mature.
Nose:
A delicate floral lift gives way to sherry-influenced fruit and spice, with hints of cinnamon, chocolate and toffee adding complexity.
