Working from Cape Town, the distillery blends traditional gin botanicals with indigenous ingredients that reflect the character of the region.
Cape Town Pink Lady Gin takes its inspiration from the Cape’s fruit-rich landscape, combining classic juniper with locally sourced botanicals and the vibrant flavour of Pink Lady apples. The result is a fruit-forward gin that remains rooted in the structure of a classic dry gin while offering a softer, aromatic profile.
Distilled in copper pot stills, the spirit is carefully balanced, so the apple character enhances - rather than overwhelms - the botanical base, creating a gin that is approachable yet distinctly South African.

Nose:
Fresh red apple and citrus peel lead the aromatics, supported by juniper, subtle floral notes and a hint of sweet spice.
Palate:
Light and vibrant with crisp apple flavours balanced by classic juniper and gentle citrus. The texture is smooth, with a soft fruit character layered over the dry botanical structure.
Finish:
Clean and refreshing with lingering apple and citrus zest.
