Nose: Ripe plum and dark cherry lead the aromas, backed by blackberry, a hint of redcurrant and subtle notes of vanilla, mocha and soft spice. Palate: Medium bodied with smooth, rounded tannins and a juicy core of dark plum, cherry and a touch of mulberry. The acidity is moderate, keeping the wine lively without sharpness, while gentle oak influence adds hints of chocolate and baking spice.
