The Kadette range - including this Cabernet Sauvignon - is the approachable younger sibling to Kanonkop’s estate-level wines, made with meticulous attention to quality from carefully sourced fruit. In the 2023, vines rooted in decomposed granite and Hutton soils deliver ripe fruit with classic varietal clarity, gently matured in French oak for texture and spice complexity without overwhelming the wine’s fresh core.
